The orders usually are dispatched within 2 business days from the order date.We use International Express Service for all international deliveries, We will provide a tracking number for tracking online immediately after the goods are dispatched. Over 99% of the items will be delivered safely.You don't need to pay extra money for the insurance, the shipping company will be responsible for all the items they undertake. In case your item get lost or damaged, we will be responsible for half the loss.

1.How Do You Cancel Your Order?
If you wish to cancel your order, pls email us immediately. 10% cancellation fee applies. Cancel order must be in 24 hours after you place order. The shipped orders cannot be cancelled. We hope you can understand. Thank you!
2.How do I return my order?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item within 10 days of receiving it. All merchandise must be unworn and in the same condition it was received. To return your order simply contact us at Contact us Page . Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges as well as obtaining a return label. Once your order is received at our warehouse we will refund the amount paid, minus the shipping fees, back to the original method of payment.
3.Do you process exchanges?
You can exchange an item by sending it back to us within 10 days from the receiving date. An exchange can be asked only once per item. We ship the exchange product when the original product is delivered back to us.
